responding directly. Dale M. . . has ordered the guides several times and uses
them at his Recovery Center.
The cost is $3.50 per book for up to 99 books, and $300.00
for a case of 100. We can accept cash, checks or money orders. Ten books would
cost $35.00, etc. Prices include postage.
