About Dick B. and Ken B.

In 1986, Dick B. was felled by alcoholism, gave up his law practice, and began recovery as a member of the Fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous. Since then, he has sponsored more than 100 men in their sobriety; traveled widely; researched at archives and libraries; interviewed scholars, historians, clergy, A.A. "old-timers" and survivors; participated in conferences, programs, panels, and seminars on early A.A.'s spiritual history; and published 46 titles and more than 1,200 articles. www.DickB.com

Dick B. and his son Ken will be using A.A. General Service Conference-approved literature to walk you through early A.A.’s highly-successful program and roots.

"For sure I'd been born again." [Bill W., My First 40 Years, 147]
