Exhibit and Display Tables Will Be Available to Supporters at Each Summit Conference

When we found ourselves stranded by the withdrawal of a $3000 donation for the Mariners Church conference in May 2009, Recovery pastor Jim Gaffney suggested we have exhibit tables and displays for which we could charge and which would enable some participants to publicize their activity and help fund the substantial cost of that great conference. And it worked. Furthermore, exhibitors and conference folks got to know the exhibitors, and they got to know each other. Many have been friends and mutual supporters ever since.

We now have authorization from both The Crossing Church in Costa Mesa for Saturday, September 17, and Golden Hills Community Church in Brentwood for Saturday, September 24.

Exhibitors will be able to have a table with displays and materials. At The Crossing, the exhibits and display tables will be located in the same area as the food area. And this will assure the opportunity for both exhibitors and conference visitors to meet, view, talk, and be informed. It will also help fund the substantial cost of these free, open, and important summits.

At Golden Hills Community Church in Brentwood--which has a large multi-purpose area for the conference, the exhibits and display tables will be located within the area and offer the same opportunities and benefits to all concerned.

At each of our two summit conferences, we have now been authorized to have exhibit tables and displays. These are for those who wish to publicize their particular activity--whether treatment, counseling, fellowship, sober living, and the like. These donations will really help fund the substantial expense of the conferences. If you can help support the summits in this way, please let us know ASAP. dickb@dickb.com

Every person or entity that acquires a table will be given due credit as a sponsor and exhibitor both in advance of the conferences dates and also in materials distributed at the conferences.

God Bless, Dick B., Executive Director 808 874 4876
