Turning Point: A History of Early A.A.'s Spiritual Roots and Successes by Dick B. - A Comprehensive Presentation

Soon we will be featuring our new website on A.A. history and Christian Recovery.

It will feature three major video presentations.

First, Bill W., Dr. Bob, and the Cure of Alcoholism: The Rest of the Story
with the guidebook that enables these videos to become a workshop for
groups.

Second, a huge set of videos taken by Videographer Steve Glagola in 2001 just before we began placing the 30,000 Dick B. historical books and articles in treasured archives such as the Griffith House Library in East Dorset, Vermont; the collection of Ray G., former archivist at Dr. Bob's Home in Akron; Dr. Bob's Core Library at North Congregational Church in St. Johnsbury, Vermont; the complete books and papers we gathered from various Sam Shoemaker sources and placed in The Shoemaker Room at Calvary Church at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Akron, Ohio; and other archival spots. The value of these videos is that I explain each one of the books and papers as Steve Glagola videos them and later interviews me. There never had been such a complete gathering of the various papers and books making up the history of A.A. - a history you may never have seen. Now it will be on video.

Third, "Introductory Foundations for Christian Recovery," a set of four video classes to introduce you.
