I have several beam cards and I wondered if they were approved AA literature. I'm sorry to hear that you seem to regret the decision to make AA open to people of other or no formal religious belief. I strongly believe that if a Christian God was made a requirement in AA we would have lost thousands of people to alcoholism that have been saved because we made the entry wide and open to all. Many do find GOD "as a result of these steps" and are therefore delivered to the GOD you so strongly support. Personally, I have been using "Group of Drunks" for 21 years very successfully and I know many other people who have also succeeded this way.
